In short

No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. This website loads nothing from third parties. We process only what is needed to answer a request and to settle its payment.

Who is responsible

What we process

• Request contents: the token address you ask about and the requestKey you choose.
• Payment data: the paying wallet address, amount, signature nonce and transaction hash. These are also public on the Base blockchain.
• Technical data: IP address, time and request line in the web server log.

Why

To deliver the verdict, to verify and settle the payment, to make sure a request is never charged twice, and to protect the service against abuse.

How long

• Web server logs with IP addresses: 14 days.
• Service logs: 30 days.
• Payment records: 90 days; rejected payment attempts: 7 days.
• Delivered verdicts are kept in memory for at most 24 hours so that repeated requests are not charged again.
• Transactions on the blockchain are public and permanent. We cannot change or delete them.

Who else receives data

• x402 facilitator (Coinbase): receives the payment payload to verify and settle the payment.
• Hosting provider (Hetzner, data center in Finland): operates the server.
• Data sources used for the checks receive the token address, never your IP address or wallet.
• Email provider (Proton, Switzerland): if you write to us.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask what we process about you and have it corrected or deleted, except for records on the blockchain. Write to contact@endpointrecord.com.
